Automobile Engineering | Define the following terms with the help of simple sketch: (i) Camber (ii) King pin inclination

(i) Camber:

It is the tilt of car wheels from the vertical when viewed from the front of vehicle. Camber is positive, if the tilt is outward at the top. Camber is negative, if the tilt is inward at the top.

(ii) King pin inclination:

It is the angle between vertical line and centre line of king pin or steering axis when

viewed from the front of the vehicle.
